1. Before each class of injection, check the pressure applied to the rubber bonded plate. Pressurizing force is too small, it will cause the pressure air flow to overflow from the joint surface. The fine particles carried by it enter the sealing surface, aggravating the wear of the rubber plate and the steel liner. Pressing force spraying machine is too large, it will cause the rubber plate to wear out and increase the power consumption of the motor.
2. After the class is finished, the surface of the rubber plate and the steel lining plate must be cleaned and the wear of the rubber plate and the steel lining plate must be inspected while cleaning the spraying machine.
(1) The degree of abrasion of the rubber sheet is measured by whether it can achieve an effective seal. If there is a gap between the high and low pressure areas of the gas and there is a deep groove in the sealing surface, the rubber sheet must be replaced.

(2) The surface of the steel liner must not have deep scratches. A scratch depth of more than 1 mm will require regrinding. The edge of the steel liner feed opening must have a sharp edge. If the edges are chamfered, fine particles will penetrate into the bonding surface of the rubber plate and the steel backing plate during working, resulting in increased wear of the rubber plate and shortening its service life. Therefore, the steel liner should be repaired in time.
